Terms and Conditions:

I hereby apply to become a member of the Southern Cross Reining Horse Association. In the event of my admission as a member. I acknowledges that during all times while attending the recreational activity I do so at my own risk and that myself and other people in my care and control will not hold the provider or any of its employees ,volunteers, committee members or agents liable for any personal injury or breach of contract whether caused by the negligence of the provider, its employees, volunteers, committee members or agents howsoever caused or otherwise. I acknowledge that in the event that myself and/or any other people in my care and control find either/or any of them in difficulty that they are to stop the activity or request that the activity be stopped if appropriate, and seek help and/or assistance and advice. I understand that I am responsible for my own personal accident insurance & ambulance cover.

Declaration and Signature

By signing this agreement, I understand that the recreational services about to be sold to me may cause myself and/or my dependants’ personal injury or death. By signing this agreement, I understand that I and/or my dependents waive our rights to sue the provider for losses relating to myself and/or my dependants personal injury or death that may result from any negligence caused by the provider.

I agree to keep indemnified the trustees/owners of the venue, sponsors, officials, voluntary workers, members and committee of the Southern Cross Reining Horse Association will not be responsible for any cost.

I/We hereby agree to abide by the rules of the Southern Cross Reining Horse Association.

I declare that I have read the contents of the form in its entirety and have provided the required information accurately and to the best of my knowledge. Persons making this declaration must be over 18 years of age, if a Youth membership, a Parent or guardian must complete and agree.

Membership is a privilege and not a right. All membership applications will be approved by the SCRHA executive committee. Once your membership has been lodged and paid. Your membership will be confirmed once payment is received.

If membership is not approved the applying member will be advised in writing and a refund will be issued and no further communication will be entered into.
